Associate Professor Jeffrey Herrmann (ME/ISR) and Dr. Gino Lim, University of Houston, served as the conference chairs of the 2012 Industrial and Systems Engineering Research Conference (ISERC), Orlando, Florida, May 20-22, 2012.
ISERC is the premier research conference of the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) and is part of the IIE Annual Conference & Expo. This year's event was attended by over 1,600 participants. The ISERC program included over 970 presentations, and the proceedings has 439 peer-reviewed conference papers.
