Directions:
From Capital Beltway (I-95/495):
- Take exit 25B (Route 1, College Park exit) from the Beltway. (If coming from Baltimore on I-95, take exit 27, Route 1, College Park exit). Stay in the right lane on the exit ramp.
- Go 2 miles and turn RIGHT on Campus Drive (the Main University Entrance-the entrance is otherwise referred to as the “North Gate”).
- Make the 1st immediate right onto Paint Branch Drive (not to be confused with Paint Branch Parkway).
- Continue to the 2nd stop sign; the Paint Branch Drive Visitor’s Lot will be on your left.
- Once you leave your car, exit the lot at the end closest to the Jeong H. Kim Engineering Building. Make a right and walk along the driveway, past the Chemical & Nuclear Engineering building (on your left) and the Animal Sciences building (on your right). J. M. Patterson will be on your left just past the Chemical/Nuclear building.
- J. M. Patterson Building is at the intersection of Regents Drive and Stadium Drive.
Enter the building via the door on Stadium Drive. Go down the stairs, turn right and walk to the end of the corridor. The Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory is the last door on your right.
The entrance accessible to persons with disabilities is located at the northeast corner of the building, off of parking areas KK and (formerly) UU. If you enter at this side of the building, you will come in on the ground floor. Proceed along the corridor to the end and make a left; then proceed along this corridor to the end and make a left again; the Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory is the last door at the end of the corridor, on your right.
