Michael Ohadi, Ph.D.

 

In June 2011, mechanical engineering professor, Michael Ohadi, received an American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) 2011 Exceptional Service Award. This award recognizes ASHRAE members who have served the Society with exemplary effort in major areas of education and scholarship, service to the society, students,  and local ASHRAE chapters.  The award was presented by the ASHRAE President, Lynn G. Bellenger, at a ceremony at the ASHARE 2011 Annual Conference in Montreal, Canada.  Dr. Ohadi is a Center for Environmental Energy Engineering (CEEE) founding faculty member and founder of the Advanced Heat Exchangers and Electronics Cooling Consortium.  He is a fellow member of both ASME and ASHRAE and has won numerous awards from both societies.
