The following current and former Clark School staff and faculty members were honored at the 2011 Faculty and Staff Outstanding Commitment Award Ceremony today:

  • Dorothy C. Chu (former Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering employee)
  • William W. Destler (former Clark School dean and UM provost)
  • Nariman Farvardin (former Clark School dean and UM provost)
  • Susan Frazier (former Institute for Systems Research employee; deceased)
  • Olive M. Goetz (former Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering employee)
  • Deborah Goodings (former Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering professor)
  • Sandra Greer (Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering professor emerita)
  • Jan V. Sengers (Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering professor emeritus)
  • Steven Tretter (Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering professor emeritus)

The ceremony recognizes individuals in the college whose extraordinary contributions have made the Clark School a better place to live and work. The names of the honorees are carved into the fountain that graces the Martin Hall plaza.
