UM $75K Business Plan Competition Opens
The 11th Annual University of Maryland $75K Business Plan Competition, which awards teams of students and faculty with funding and mentoring, is now open for entries.
One- to three-page executive summaries are due by February 27 and full business plans are then due on March 27.
The competition is administered by the Clark School's Maryland Technology Enterprise Institute (Mtech), which also is offering a series of workshops to help prep teams for the competition. The competition has awarded $535,000 to fledgling UM companies since 2001.
