The faculty and staff of the Department of Mechanical Engineering threw a Valentine's Day party celebrating the 10 1/2 years of leadership by Dave Anand. Dr. Anand stepped down as chair at the beginning of the Spring 2002 semester, and is succeeded by Avram Bar-Cohen. Faculty and friends from the Department, Clark School of Engineering, and the Center for Energetic Concepts Development all shared memories, stories, and photo posters of Dr. Anand throughout his tenure at the University, as well as his life.
